Our first full day was spent at sea. We took that opportunity to check out the ship, and do some of the fun things it has to offer.
Corinne climbed the rock wall…
Everyone (except me) took a run on the “Flowrider… (I wasn’t brave enough just yet.)
Corinne got the award for the most fabulous wipe-outs. They were always on her face, and always with her toes pointed… FABULOUS!!!
After that, we went to the ship’s Johnny Rockets for lunch. Of course, the ladies couldn’t resist a little dancin’ with the waiters…
After a wonderful, much needed nap, we headed for the night show. Unfortunately, the ship started really rocking. The 60mph winds across the bow probably helped with the rocking. I grabbed ahold of anything that was stationary, polls, walls, statues, whatever I could find that wasn’t moving.
After a little Zofran, we got fancied up for our first formal night…
Don’t we look fabulous with our fancy dresses… and Flowrider wristbands. Kind of detracts from the fanciness, huh!?!
The dinner was amazing, as always. Klint even got brave and tried escargot. Blech!!! Hmmm… tastes like chicken! ;)
All in all it was a great day and night!
